Subodh Kakran, who is in charge of the Saharanpur division, is one of them, while Vicky Tomar is the other. He serves as the BKU’s central body’s vice-president for the division. The BKU allegedly dismissed both of them from the group after their names were mentioned in the gang rape case.

The SSP claims that He only knew one of the defendants. Somebody has the name Sonu. The victim reported that a man named Sonu was sporting a pink shirt in her police report. According to the victim, Sonu forced the mother-daughter to seat on his bike before abruptly removing it off the route going to the highway by crossing the Sonali Bridge, taking the woman to a remote location, and raping her there.

While they were there, four other suspects arrived in a white Alto car (UP12R-5646), forced the mother and daughter inside, drove them to a nearby field, where they were both raped together with the mother’s five-year-old daughter. The woman and her daughter committed the crime, were forced off the vehicle, and then escaped in the direction of Mangalore. Later, the villagers informed the police about it.

Meanwhile, the inquiry has shown that Rajiv, alias Vicky Tomar, is the identity on which the Alto automobile is registered (Muzzafarnagar).
