Will pursue legal measures against rumor-spouts who harm the brand: Ramdev

Promoter of Patanjali Ayurved Baba Ramdev claims that unfounded rumours about his company’s products have damaged the brand’s reputation and that numerous “religious, political, medical, and corporate mafias” have worked together to damage his reputation.

“More than 100 persons who damaged the reputation of our brand have received legal notifications from us. It takes years to build a brand, and we won’t let them disappear without taking legal action, declared Ramdev on Friday at a news conference in New Delhi.

More than 5 lakh people would have jobs thanks to Patanjali, according to Ramdev. In the following five years, the organisation plans to do initial public offerings for four other businesses: Patanjali Medicine, Patanjali Wellness, Patanjali Lifestyle, and Patanjali Ayurveda. “Our objective is to grow Patanjali’s group turnover from today’s level of Rs 40,000 crore to Rs 1 lakh crore,” stated Ramdev.

Regarding the claims that Patanjali’s cow ghee was adulterated, he claimed the testing lab was flawed and that a different test showed the quality to be flawless.

He added that the company employs a sizable number of scientists to ensure quality and that all Patanjali goods undergo numerous tests. “We are the owners of a sizable food park. We employ more than 500 research scientists,” he stated.
