Lassi is famous in North India and is well-liked all over the world; in many houses, making and drinking lassi every day as soon as summer begins has become a custom. Making and drinking the same type of lassi every day can become tedious in this situation. We’ll show you three such lassi recipes that have a variety of flavours and are also very refreshing.
You must make these three types of lassi at home-

# lassi with pineapple:

Ingredients

2 cups sliced pineapple 1 cup cold curd
-1/2 cup cold milk -4 tablespoons sugar -pinch of salt -2 tablespoons dried coconut (optional)

Recipe

-To begin, heat a pan over medium heat.

Fry the coconut until it is golden brown in colour. Remove the pan from the heat and set it aside.

Now add the pineapple pieces, half the sugar, and a touch of salt to the same pan.

Cook until the pineapple slices are tender and the sugar has melted.

Remove the mixture from the pan as soon as the sugar begins to melt and let it to cool.

Blend this mixture with the remaining sugar, milk, and curd in a blender/mixie jar until smooth.

In a glass, strain the lassi and serve chilled.

Serve with a sprinkle of coconut sawdust on top.
Pineapple Lassi is ready to drink.

# Lassi Kesar-Elaichi

Ingredients

1 cup homemade curd – 1/4 cup saffron water – 2 teaspoons sugar – a pinch of cardamom powder

Recipe

-First, soak the saffron in lukewarm water for a few minutes.

This is how you make saffron water.

In a mixing jar, combine the curd, cardamom powder, and sugar.

You can either churn it by hand or use a blender to do so.

If you use a blender, the mixture will be very frothy. It’s simple to drink.

After all of the ingredients have been thoroughly combined, add the saffron water and stir to combine.

Serve it in a glass now.
