“As the temperature rises, summer invites various associated problems like dehydration, indigestion, heartburn, constipation, acidity gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), diarrhoea, food poisoning, and loss of appetite,” Dr. Soni was cited as adding. She went on to say that too much heat slows down and weakens the digestive system.

The specialist explained that blazing heat affects our immunity and digestive system, which leads to stomach problems. The doctor offered a few suggestions for avoiding stomach sickness this summer.

Eat a healthy diet.

In each season, eating large meals has its own set of disadvantages. As a result, in order to break this habit, the expert advised everyone to eat light, home-cooked meals.

Enhance your digestion
