New Delhi: The ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Delhi has been accused of using money to make innocent youngsters campaign. Adesh Gupta, head of the Delhi BJP unit, claims that the AAP has worked so hard to win the Rajendra Nagar assembly by-election that it is now campaigning for tiny children by handing out money.
Aadesh Gupta urged the Election Commission to take notice of the video and take action against aap and its candidate Durgesh Pathak under the Child Labour Act after sharing it on Twitter. According to Aadesh Gupta, AAP candidate Durgesh Pathak is a member of the Commission for the Protection of Children’s Rights. This organisation speaks out against the injustices that are perpetrated against children. If Durgesh is doing this, how sensitive will the rest of the party members, including the AAP president, be to the future of Delhi’s children?
The BJP spokesman continued, “It’s not that Kejriwal and his party have put their party’s leaflets and flags in the hands of these school-aged children for the first time; we’ve seen how Kejriwal exploits school children to make his face shine before on the streets of Delhi.” In the name of pollution-free, Kejriwal has also completed the work of completing his campaign by erecting his hoarding, and the effects of that pollution-free campaign are now visible to everyone.
At the same time, Aadesh Gupta has sent out another tweet, stating that a notice has been given to Durgesh Pathak as a result of his complaint, which he has also posted on social media. “On my complaint against Durgesh Pathak, who is campaigning by offering money to underage children, a notice of action was issued against him today by the ncpcr under violation of code of conduct and juvenile act,” Gupta stated in a tweet. We respectfully suggest that the @CeodelhiOffice take note of this and cancel their election.
