Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra believed it was “very necessary” to share Malti’s health problems with the world

Nick Jonas lauded his wife Priyanka Chopra for being a “rock” during the difficult first few weeks of their daughter Malti’s existence, and said they shared their experience on social media to help others in similar situations feel less alone. Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, Priyanka and Nick’s baby daughter, was born via surrogacy earlier this year and spent over 100 days in the NICU before being brought home.

“I think what we published on social media was just a reflection of how we felt, which was clearly gratitude for having our baby home.” Nick told People, “But also for each and every person that was a part of her journey when she was in the hospital.” “It’s eye opening in a lot of ways,” Nick said, adding that he is “grateful to have a comrade like Pri” on his side. And I believe it was critical for us to simply convey that. And make sure that people understand that they are not alone in their journeys, whether it’s something similar to what we went through or diabetes or other obstacles.”

Nick and the Jonas Brothers are about to go on a world tour. He claimed that the band is ‘in a better place now than it has ever been’ as a result of the improvements in their personal life. When the Jonas Brothers announced their breakup about a decade ago, there was a lot of internal struggle. In 2019, they reconnected.

“Finding outstanding life partners, I believe, made us all better people.” “[They] assisted us all in becoming better versions of ourselves, which I believe is what they expect of us,” Nick explained. “It’s a great thing to have been able to embark on this trip over the previous several years and commemorate them with the joy that we’ve all felt at home.” We’re having a fantastic time.

“After 100 plus days in the NICU, our little girl is finally home,” Nick and Priyanka said on Mother’s Day in a joint social media statement announcing Malti’s arrival. While ours was a difficult few months, it became clearly evident in retrospect how precious and exquisite every moment is.”
