Kamal Haasan expresses gratitude to fans for Vikram’s success and confirms his reunion with Suriya: ‘I’ll thank him in the next film,’ says the protagonist

Kamal Haasan has expressed his gratitude to the Kannada public for welcoming his latest film, Vikram, with open arms. Vikram, a pan-India film, was released on June 3 and has already grossed Rs 175 crore globally. Kamal Haasan expressed gratitude and praised the film’s cast and crew in a special video message to his Karnataka fans.

The aforementioned video message was broadcast on Kamal Haasan’s production company Raaj Kamal Films International’s Twitter page, which has bankrolled Vikram. “Kannada audiences have always backed excellent movies and good actors,” Kamal adds in the video. In the same way, they backed me and my new film Vikram. Your generosity has astonished me. Many more, including Anirudh, Girish, Philomin, Anbu Arivu, and Satish Kumar, were the project’s backbone. They have my gratitude. This outstanding star cast, which includes my brothers Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil, Narin, and Chemban Vinod, is the cause for the film’s success.”

Vikram, which also stars Vijay Sethupathi, is attracting attention for Suriya’s eye-catching cameo. Rolex is a popular character among followers on social media, and the celebrity portrays it. Suriya received a shout-out from Kamal, who also stated that the two will reconnect in Vikram 3.

“Suriya rocked the big screen by appearing in the closing three minutes of the picture,” he continued. He made this film because he adores me. I’ll thank him in the next picture, in which we’ll co-star. Every shot throughout filming and every pixel of the movie reflected Lokesh’s affection for me. Similarly, the audience’s affection for me is enormous. I hope you will continue to love and support me in this way.

Because writer-director Lokesh Kanagaraj is already planning a Vikram sequel, a third instalment is already in the works. Suriya will reprise his role as Rolex, the major antagonist, in the film, which will pit him against Kamal Haasan’s title character and Fahadh Faasil’s Amar. Karthi will also reprise his role as Dilli.
