Hindus in India were forced to issue this “pathetic” appeal: “We won’t speak the truth; don’t murder us”

Hindu business owners from Bangalore have shown their support for the barbaric killing of Hindu tailor Kanhaiyalal in Udaipur, Rajasthan. In accordance with the same directive, Hindu business owners in Mysore started a poster campaign on Thursday, June 30, 2022, to express their support for the late Kanhaiyalal and to denounce his murder.

In actuality, extremists brutally murdered Kanhaiyalal in response to false social media posts shared by Kanhaiya’s 8-year-old son in support of his remarks about the Prophet Muhammad by former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma. The placards that Hindu shops in Karnataka are holding in protest read, “I will not speak the truth, I will not stand in support of those who speak the truth, I am poor, my family is reliant on me, don’t murder us,” according to the article.

An earlier protest against the murder of Kanhaiyalal by Hindus took place at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar. The Delhi Police also detained a large number of these demonstrators, transporting them in DTC buses to the police station after their detention. Numerous other Hindu organisations protested against the massacre in addition to the Jantar Mantar demonstration.
