“In Himachal Pradesh, the Aam Aadmi Party is steadily growing in strength. “The Kejriwal Model is attracting people from all around Himachal Pradesh to join the Aam Aadmi Party,” Manish Sisodia stated.

Following the dissolution of the AAP’s Himachal Pradesh section in April, when several of its leaders defected to the BJP, the party has named new office bearers for the state unit.

Manish Sisodia, a senior AAP leader, named new office bearers for the party’s Himachal Pradesh section, which would be led by Surjit Singh Thakur, on Tuesday.

The AAP dissolved its Himachal Pradesh unit in April after its state president and a slew of other leaders defected to the BJP.

“In Himachal Pradesh, the Aam Aadmi Party is steadily growing in strength. The Kejriwal Model is attracting people from all over Himachal Pradesh to join the Aam Aadmi Party. Mr. Sisodia stated, “The Aam Aadmi Party has built a new team and organisation in Himachal Pradesh to further strengthen its roots in the state.”

Mr. Sisodia stated that, prior to the formation of the new team, AAP officials visited 3,615 gramme panchayats across the state and interacted with residents to learn about their concerns.
