The expert stated, “Take a spoonful of these seeds and soak them in water overnight. This is the first and “easiest” approach to consume fenugreek seeds to manage diabetes. The following morning, boil this water and drink it. She continued, “If you can, swallow the seeds. This method of eating the seeds is advantageous for people with diabetes, PCOS, and insulin resistance.

The seeds can be germinated as a second option. You may add the germination-stage seeds to salads, sandwiches, parathas, and other dishes, she added.

Fenugreek seeds are also edible in powdered form. “Take the seeds from the bitter gourd, jamun, and fenugreek in equal parts. Before mixing to create a powder, dry and mix the ingredients. On an empty stomach, take 1 scoop of this powder every morning, she said.
